Positive: the dining and pool was great Negative: strange smell in the hallway to the room

Disappointing, Dirty, Nasty with a Nice View Positive: The view was amazing. Host offered to send a cleaning crew once we got there, but the time should have been before. Host also sent us ice because the ice machine didn't work and no ice in the building. He made an attempt to try to help, but it was for things that should have been handled in the 2 months before our stay. Negative: The place was filthy, with mold in and around the refrigerator which smelled nasty, dust and muck everywhere, had to wipe off seats before sitting on them. We literally found a used tampon under the edge of the bed (I'd post a pic but its disgusting). And we paid a cleaning fee! Ice maker didn't work and no ice available in the building. Listing says there are 3 beds (a king, a full and a sofa bed) but there was no full bed and the sofa was too dirty to try to pull up the cushions to see if if was a bed. We (coworkers) had to sleep in the same bed!

Quaint and a great place for a getaway I look forward to going back in a few months. Positive: View was gorgeous! It had the feel of home. I really enjoyed the stay overall and the host was very welcoming and accommodating. Negative: Needs some updates on the pillows and furniture there were rips, tears snags in the throw pillows and needed a deep cleaning. Bathroom mirrors needed to cleaned with windex.

A perfect stay for a Las Vegas getaway!! Positive: Exactly like the pictures! Everything was super clean including the bathrooms, kitchen and beds. Two of the balconies give an amazing view either on the strip side or the hills. All the switches and functions worked just fine, everything was stocked including toilet papers, toiletries, etc. Checking in was a super easy process and felt very welcomed, would highly recommend anyone to stay here with this amazing host!
