Unforgettable Las Vegas, Pool, BasketBall GameRoom

Overall we had a great stay and the location was ideal for the wedding we attended and the ability to spend time with family and friends. The property has great amenities with the pool, basketball court, games and space that worked for 5 adults and a toddler. There were minor issues that the host readily corrected immediately and the communication was top tier in both response and initialization. As a host they are 10/10. I would say the only drawback is the house is from 1990’s and needs further updates to make it a property that would stand out better amongst other local rentals in that area. The area where the property is also may have some consider newer areas in Las Vegas also. There is road noise but may be an isolated event from someone riding motorcycles in the area. Overall I would recommend the property based on the actions and interactions with the host alone and would stay at this location again.

The pictures show a bright newer looking property. The house has been maintained but I’m guessing the house was built in the 80’s and haven’t had any significant upgrades since. The neighborhood was sketchy and the house next door has had a fire and all the windows have been blown out.

This house checked all the boxes. It was clean, had all the entertainment toys, the house and outside was kept up….. very pet friendly & the host communicated throughout my stay. I would recommend this house to my friends if they are looking for a house to stay at in LV with a pool. We enjoyed our stay and the house

Nice

Had a great time!
