So, I hate to leave a negative review. And this review isn't so much about the house itself, but the surrounding area. I can't even comment on the house because I didnt step a foot inside. The house from the listing looks great. Now, I planned a weekend with my daughter and a few other women family members and young girls to have a weeken in Vegas to shop for wedding dresses. When we arrived to the neighborhood, we were instantly concerened about safety. The neighborhood is very run down, trash and mattresses in the streets, homeless nearby, the side gate was busted open to the backyard, the surrounding houses were in very rough condition. I just felt like if we stayed there, our cars would get broken into and/or the house and I wouldn't be able to relax, much less sleep there. So, we ended up booking a hotel. Unfortunatley, because we had no idea the neighborhood would be unsafe, we were too late to request a refund, so I had to pay for accomidations I did not even feel safe using. I just want people to be aware so they are fully aware of the surrounding area prior to booking a stay.

Great quiet location. Excellent Host. Great Communication. they don't just say we are here for anything, they really are. We had a couple issues. Regular wear and tear or miscommunication...like other guess may not have reported. But they were immediately addressed, with no excuses, just solutions. Pool and yard were clean. Hot tub need a little love, and the pool guy came two days early to address it. The home is small enough for family time, yet big enough for personal time when needed. Thank you for everything.

Was looking for a quiet place while in town for business. This fit the bill. Enjoyed my stay. Positive: Nice and quiet and house was well equipped.
