VegasVibes Pool Games Good Times

Scammed, don't believe the pictures Positive: It was clean but the couch had an odor like it was cleaned with old water. Negative: I only rented this place for the Jacuzzi and the heated pool and neither worked. The motor for heating both had not been serviced and had not been working for months on end, per the pool workers cleaning the pool and Jacuzzi. This owner is a serial liar concerning the pool and Jacuzzi. The advertising shows the pool and Jacuzzi in the very beginning which caught my attention. In the beginning I stated I have a dog, I told them twice after booking the home I have a dog, the manager had no idea and explained they would get back to me after they called me twice. So I did not bring my dog to minimize any confusion. The bathrooms need to be remodeled, the master bathroom has doors that don't hide everything inside because the doors are inch too short on both sides leaving a gap between both doors. The shower head is stationary and can't be adjusted. One of my guest stayed elsewhere since the pool was cold and the Jacuzzi was not working. So one room was not even used for that reason. Both Host called me and asked me questions verifying my intentions on the use of the house after they had my money. When I spoke about the Jacuzz bothi acted like they were not aware of the Jacuzzi/pool not working and stated they would get back to me via phone call (since both of them called me.) I did not get a phone call back but a message regarding my dog and more questions which I did not see until today., Why because I was working and trying to enjoy myself despite not being able to enjoy the home as planned. The TV in the game room did not work, it turns on but could not place it on any channels (useless.). .I asked for some compensation returned due to the false marketing, I'm still waiting to hear back.

Positive: Nos 6 jours à Las Vegas ont été une super expérience grâce au confort de cette maison. Les équipements et l'emplacement sont vraiment ideal (15min en voiture du Strip ou du vieux vegas). Un grand merci a Ron qui est très disponible et réponds aux questions très rapidement. Si je retourne un jour a vegas, je reprendrai cette maison!!!

Wife and I enjoyed our stay. We had family over and used the pool a ton. The owners and team are on top of everything, very nice people that want to be of help when needed and were helpful. Unfortunately the house is older than we were under the impression of it being. It needs maintenance and some things to be upgraded and redone. However, we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay at the house. Yes the 1st night we felt let down, but it honestly was a good trip and fun pool house. Weather was perfect and we really enjoyed watching the planes during the days at the pool. Our dogs were safe here and they enjoyed the house as well
